You've got to hand it to those developers who are still working hard to release their homebrew apps and games up until the end of the year. In particular, NightFox has come up with the latest beta 7 version of the dungeon crawling homebrew platformer Spirits DS for the Nintendo DS.This latest build finally features a working function which allows you to play the mp3 background music included with the game. The developer mentions using PALib to enable the use of ASLib for the sounds.
Also, Spirits DS Beta 7 writes any save games to the default folder where it's installed instead of using up the SRAM of the DS.
